(No pun intended) i think that what seperates talent and potential is having the where withal to plan.  that person with talent is extremly spontaneous and responds to this spontoneous nature with talent and ability.  the person with potential more than likely has not yet experience to deal with spontaneous situations.  the person who  plans  for these situations looks as if they have all the talent in the world!!!!
